- Local Delivery: We’re based in New Westminster (V3M 7A2) and provide local balloon delivery to Surrey, White Rock, New Westminster, Delta, Langley, Coquitlam, Burnaby, Richmond & Vancouver (up to 35 km radius). Delivery fees are calculated at checkout.
- Free Local Delivery: A minimum order is required to qualify for free local delivery. If your order meets the minimum purchase for your delivery area, the delivery fee will be waived at checkout — no code needed.
- Choose your delivery time slot at checkout: Please ensure someone is available to receive your order — we do NOT leave balloons unattended due to their sensitivity to temperature and outdoor conditions.
- Order notice: Minimum 3 days (72 hours) advance notice is required. For last-minute orders (less than 3 days’ notice), please contact us, and we will do our best to accommodate.
- Custom colors/designs: For alternative designs or changes to balloon colors, please contact us before proceeding to checkout. To ensure the accuracy of your order details. All changes or special requests must be sent and confirmed in text format via text message or email.
