Shipping & Hand Delivery

Shipping 
All orders are shipped promptly, usually the next business day. Party Dreams ships orders to areas within British Columbia only at this stage via Canada Post.  Shipping Charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.  Please allow sufficient time for your orders to arrive when ordering for a particular event. For express shipping, we will try out best to arrange for you.  Please contact us at info@partydreams.ca or 778-683-9023. Upon request shipments may be expedited using Fed Ex, UPS Red and UPS Blue. Customer will be responsible for these charges.  
  • Orders are shipped from our warehouse in Surrey, BC
  • Shipment confirmation email will be sent once the order is shipped
  • Days indicated are business days, Mon–Fri only.  There is no Saturday or Sunday delivery.  The day your order ships & the day your order is received does not count as a time–in–transit day.  Deliveries are made within 3 to 10 business days.
  • Party Dreams reserves the right to inform the customer of additional shipping charges where applicable. This includes, but is not limited to, orders that require special packaging and orders that are heavier than expected
Hand Delivery
Orders need to be made at least 7 days in advance of the delivery date and hand-delivered by our team. Delivery available only to Surrey, Richmond, Langley, Delta, New Westminster, Burnaby and Vancouver areas.  We do delivery on Monday to Sunday, between 8:00 a.m. to 07:00 p.m. Once we confirmed the order details with you then we will let you know the two hour delivery time frame such as between 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.  We are unable to accept specific delivery time requests at this moment, however, we will try our best to make it depending on the delivery schedule. 

 

If No One is Home: Depending on the delivery location, if the recipient is not available at the time of delivery.  Your order will be returned to our facility and additional return shipping fees will apply.
 
Incorrect Addresses: If the recipient's address is incorrect and delivery was attempted to the address, there will be a additional deliver fee charged to pay for the second delivery. We are not responsible for deliveries made to incorrect addresses submitted by the customer. If such a delivery is made, the customer assumes responsibility for the entire purchase.
 
Cancelling an Order: Once the orders are processed online, and usually cannot be changed. For more details please contact us immediately.  Refund or exchange will not be accepted.
 
Recipient Maybe Contacted: For daytime deliveries, we will contact the recipient to ensure s/he will be home to accept the delivery.  If we are unable to reach someone we will leave a message asking for them to call us back to organize a convenient time for us to deliver.  If we do not hear from the customer, we may put the order on hold.
 
Substitutions:  We make changes to our inventory based upon the discovery of new and unique items, product/supplier availability and seasonal difference. Product substitutions will be chosen with equal or greater value, while maintaining our standard of choosing products of the highest quality. We reserve the right to substitute those items if they are found to be a better value or add to the design enhancement of your gift.
 
Extreme Weather and Inaccessible Locations: There will be times when delivery dates and times will not be met due to circumstances beyond our control. Sometimes, extreme weather may make it impossible for your order to be delivered as you wished. If your order cannot be delivered due to weather conditions, inaccessibility to the delivery site, special order considerations and delays, or for any other reason, we will make every attempt to contact the sender and/or the recipient concerning the delay.  Unless you tell us otherwise, in all situations where we are unable to deliver your order on time, in the method you specified, we will reschedule delivery for the next available delivery date and time.
