Order notice: Minimum 4 days (96 hours) advance notice is required. For last-minute orders (less than 4 days’ notice), please contact us, and we will do our best to accommodate.

Local Delivery: We’re based in New Westminster (V3M 7A2) and provide local balloon delivery to Surrey, White Rock, New Westminster, Delta, Langley, Coquitlam, Burnaby, Richmond & Vancouver (up to 35 km radius). Delivery fees are calculated at checkout.

Free Local Delivery: A minimum order is required to qualify for free local delivery. Depending on your delivery area, the minimum order amount ranges from $85 to $150 before tax. If your order meets the minimum purchase for your delivery area, the delivery fee will be waived at checkout — no code needed.

Orders are not confirmed before the purchase has been completed. After you complete the purchase, your balloon order will be scheduled for delivery.

Delivery Policy
If No One is available at the designated delivery location during the scheduled timeslot:
We will not leave the order unattended at the door. Instead, your order will be securely returned to our shop. Please be advised that additional return shipping fees may apply under these circumstances. Kindly understand that no refunds will be issued, and the guarantee for same-day delivery cannot be ensured. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in ensuring the secure and timely receipt of your orders.
Incorrect Addresses:
If the recipient's address is incorrect and delivery was attempted to the address, there will be an additional delivery fee charged to pay for the second delivery. We are not responsible for deliveries made to incorrect addresses submitted by the customer. If such a delivery is made, the customer assumes responsibility for the entire purchase.
Recipient May be Contacted:
For daytime deliveries, we will contact the recipient to ensure s/he will be home to accept the delivery. If we are unable to reach someone we will leave a message asking for them to call us back to organize a convenient time for us to deliver. If we do not hear from the customer, we may put the order on hold.
Substitutions:
We reserve the right to make substitutions if necessary due to product or supplier availability, or seasonal differences. Substitutions will be of equal or greater value and maintain our high-quality standards. Please provide a contact number for texting at checkout.
Extreme Weather and Inaccessible Locations:
There will be times when delivery dates and times will not be met due to circumstances beyond our control. Sometimes, extreme weather may make it impossible for your order to be delivered as you wished. If your order cannot be delivered due to weather conditions, inaccessibility to the delivery site, special order considerations and delays, or for any other reason, we will make every attempt to contact the sender and/or the recipient concerning the delay. Unless you tell us otherwise, in all situations where we are unable to deliver your order on time, in the method you specified, we will reschedule delivery for the next available delivery date and time.
