Order notice: Minimum 7 days (420 hours) advance notice is required. For last-minute orders (less than 7 days’ notice), please contact us, and we will do our best to accommodate.

Pink Prelude features a round balloon customized with your personalized message, paired with a standalone organic curve balloon garland in layered shades of soft pink.

**As a handcrafted product, each arrangement is uniquely created and may not be exactly identical to the sample images.**

• Message on the round latex balloon: Please enter the exact message you wish to appear on the balloon in the <note> section during checkout. For example, if you want the balloon to say Happy 25th Birthday Rachel!, please include your message with capitalization and symbols exactly as you want it to appear, enclosed in quotation marks like this:  "Happy 25th Birthday Rachel!"  **Please keep your message under 30 characters, including spaces.**
• Local Delivery: We’re based in New Westminster (V3M 7A2) and provide local balloon delivery to Surrey, White Rock, New Westminster, Delta, Langley, Coquitlam, Burnaby, Richmond & Vancouver (up to 35 km radius).  Delivery fees are calculated at checkout.
• Free Local Delivery: A minimum order is required to qualify for free local delivery. If your order meets the minimum purchase for your delivery area, the delivery fee will be waived at checkout — no code needed. 
• Choose your delivery time slot at checkout: Please ensure someone is available to receive your order — we do NOT leave balloons unattended due to their sensitivity to temperature and outdoor conditions.
• Custom colors/designs: For alternative designs or changes to balloon colors, please contact us before proceeding to checkout.  To ensure the accuracy of your order details. All changes or special requests must be sent and confirmed in text format via text message or email.
