This set includes:

1) 1 x  bespoke flower balloon bouquet - features a bubble balloon filled with artificial silk flowers (NOT real/ fresh flowers). As a handmade product, each bouquet is unique and may not be exactly identical. Please keep in mind that the artificial flowers, arrangements, planters, containers, colors, shapes, and sizes may also differ.     **Please note: This item will be filled with air NOT helium.  This item will NOT float.  

2) 2 x helium-filled number foil balloon with weight attached. 

3) 1 x helium-filled bespoke bubble balloon with weight attached. 

• Design may vary depending on availability and seasonality for this item.  
• Number Balloons: Please enter your desired numbers in the <note> section during checkout. 
• 2 messages for the bespoke bubble balloon & the bespoke flower balloon: Please enter 2 exact messages you wish to appear on the balloon in the <note> section during checkout. For example, if you want the balloon to say Happy 25th Birthday Rachel!, please include your message with capitalization and symbols exactly as you want it to appear, enclosed in quotation marks like this:  "Happy 25th Birthday Rachel!"  **Please keep your message under 30 characters, including spaces.**
• Local Delivery: We’re based in New Westminster (V3M 7A2) and provide local balloon delivery to New Westminster, Burnaby, Delta, Coquitlam, Surrey, White Rock, Richmond, Vancouver, Langley (up to 35 km radius).  Delivery fees are calculated at checkout.
• Free Local Delivery: A minimum order is required to qualify for free local delivery. If your order meets the minimum purchase for your delivery area, the delivery fee will be waived at checkout — no code needed. 
• Choose your delivery time slot at checkout: Please ensure someone is available to receive your order — we do NOT leave balloons unattended due to their sensitivity to temperature and outdoor conditions.
• Order notice: Minimum 3 days (72 hours) advance notice is required. For last-minute orders (less than 3 days’ notice), please contact us, and we will do our best to accommodate.
• Custom colors/designs: For alternative designs or changes to balloon colors, please contact us before proceeding to checkout.  All changes and order details must be confirmed via text message.
